ORDERING AND DESPATCH
London Telephone Systems Ltd undertakes to try to dispatch goods within 7 days of receipt of order and full payment for said goods. If we are unable to do so on any particular occassion, the customer will be contacted for instruction.

RETURN OF GOODS
Statutory rights apply. By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. To withdraw, return the item to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received it, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge--we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge. DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE GOODS
Damaged or defective goods will be exchanged once said goods have been returned to us. You have the right to return damaged or defective goods within a reasonable period of time. Please keep any warranty information that accompanies your item as this will be needed should there be a fault. Your statutory rights are not affected.

PRODUCT WARRANTY
Products purchased via this website are covered by the manufacturers' warranty where applicable.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD
Any payment made by credit or debit card will be processed by an external financial body such as, but not limited to, an established UK bank or Paypal.
